Luke Watkins is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the Real Estate Industry, where he has specialized in investing in single-family homes and has been a part of hundreds of profitable transactions throughout Dallas, Salt Lake, and across the nation.
Beyond real estate, Luke's expertise extends to the buying and selling of service-based businesses, where his keen understanding of the intricacies of service industries makes him a valuable asset to both buyers and sellers. Away from the office, Luke is a dedicated family man, with six children and a marriage of nearly two decades. Dustin Giordani
Dustin is a diversified professional with a background that spans multiple industries. With a foundation built through the Advanced Technologies Academy in sunny Las Vegas, he earned dual degrees in Computer Science and Graphics and Animation. Dustin has consistently demonstrated a talent for innovation and efficiency, bringing the latest tech to our toolbox.
Dustin began his career managing the chemical department for a landscaping company, where he achieved remarkable results by greatly reducing pesticide reliance, and initiating the company's first organics program. His technical acumen shone through as he developed scheduling software that drastically reduced managerial hours, showcasing his ability to streamline operations.
Transitioning into the IT sector, Dustin served as a Personal Assistant to an IT Manager, where he automated the contract negotiation process, significantly increasing renewal rates. His expertise then led him to StubHub/eBay, where he managed high-ticket investigations and resolutions. Collaborating with Trust & Safety, he helped create algorithms that reduced ticketing fraud and trained new employees as the corporate trainer, solidifying his role as a key contributor to the company's success.
Despite thriving in the corporate world, Dustin's entrepreneurial spirit led him to explore the real estate industry, where he met his business partner, Luke Watkins. For the past five years, Dustin has been instrumental in their business brokerage venture, leveraging his technological prowess to enhance customer service through automations and AI.
Outside of work, Dustin is a dedicated family man with two grown children. He channels his passion for technology and customer service into continuous improvements, ensuring that First Choice Business Brokers remains at the forefront of the industry.
